March 15 2012 (REGINA) – SaskWorks’ investee Crusader Drilling Corp. was recognized as the Business Expansion award winner at the Yorkton Chamber of Commerce and SaskPower’s Celebrate Success Business Awards ceremony on March 14, 2012.
Crusader has been growing to meet the increasing demands of the oil industry in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta since the company was established in 2008. Crusader deployed its first rig in 2009 and has completed its second build this year. The company adds approximately 20 employees per rig built.
Crusader was added to SaskWorks’ portfolio in 2008 with subsequent investments occurring in 2010 and 2011.
