DyMark Expands into Alberta with Acquisition of Metal-Fab Industries
Regina, Saskatchewan – DyMark Industries Inc. (“DyMark”) and SaskWorks Venture Fund Inc. (“SaskWorks”), are pleased to announce the strategic acquisition of Metal-Fab Industries Ltd. (“Metal-Fab”), a full-service structural steel fabrication and erection contractor based near Calgary, Alberta.
Founded in 1986, Metal-Fab provides complex, high-precision steel solutions across the commercial, institutional, industrial and residential sectors. The company has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and execution, supported by advanced fabrication capabilities, an experienced workforce and rigorous quality controls.
This acquisition establishes a Calgary area presence, doubles operational scale, and strengthens the companies’ collective capabilities and allows them to pursue larger and increasingly complex projects across Western Canada.
